Pay & Ship Your Cards
Once you've added all your cards, proceed to checkout. After payment, you'll receive shipping instructions. Pack your cards securely using penny sleeves and toploaders, and ship them to our facility.
We Clean Your Cards
Our trained specialists carefully clean each card using professional-grade techniques. We remove surface debris, fingerprints, and light residue without damaging your cards. Each card goes through a quality check before moving forward.
Receive Your Cards
Once cleaning is complete, we securely package your cards and ship them back to you. Track your submission status online at any time. Your cards arrive ready for grading or display in your collection.

What types of cards do you clean?
We clean all standard trading cards including sports cards (baseball, basketball, football, hockey), Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and other collectible cards.
Is my card insured during shipping?
Yes, all submissions are fully insured up to the declared value. We recommend using tracking and insurance when shipping to us.
How should I package my cards?
Place each card in a penny sleeve, then into a toploader. Secure toploaders with painter's tape (not regular tape on the card). Use a padded mailer or small box with adequate cushioning.
What if my card can't be cleaned?
Some damage (deep scratches, creases, stains) may not be removable with cleaning. We'll contact you if we encounter any issues and discuss options before proceeding.
How do I track my submission?
Log in to your account and view your submission details. You'll see real-time status updates as your cards move through our process.
